Air Fried Chicken Tenders with Biscuits & Honey

Hi, I'm Virginia Jane, and I am an Air Fryer Addict. If you are too, then you HAVE to try this recipe! We have taken a classic chicken and biscuit sandwich and added our new Amaretto Honey as a condiment you never knew you ABSOLUTELY NEEDED!
Ingredients

Amaretto Honey
1 pound chicken tenders
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- ½ cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Spray oil
Directions
Prepare the chicken tenders by trimming away any excess fat.
Pour the maple syrup in a bowl.
In a separate bowl combine the flour, breadcrumbs & spices.
- Working one piece at a time, dip the chicken tender pieces in the maple syrup, then dip the chicken pieces in the flour mixture and turn to coat evenly.
- Spray the bottom of your air fryer basket with oil and place the chicken pieces on top.
Air fry the chicken tenders at 400° for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Once the chicken is cooked, add butter or apple butter to a hot biscuit. Then place a chicken tender on the bottom half of the biscuit & cover the chicken tender in the Amaretto Infused Honey. Top the biscuit with the top half & enjoy!
