This delicious pie is going to be your next household staple! Fresh dough, sweet and creamy Burrata cheese, salty prosciutto and the best part... Hot Honey! Our newest flavor! This unique blend of raw clover honey with chili oil has the secret ingredient creates a tantalizing balance of sweet and heat.

Pizza Dough
Garlic
Olive Oil
Burrata
Prosciutto
Marinera
Arugula
Lemon
Directions
Start by rolling out fresh pizza dough in flour & form a circle
Baste the dough in olive oil & garlic & bake at 350° for 10 minutes
Let the dough cool for 5 minutes
Top pizza with 1/2 cup marinara, 2 burrata balls that have been sliced, sliced prosciutto (about 1 inch pieces) & bake at 350° for 8 minutes or until the cheese has melted
In the meantime add 1 cup of fresh arugula to a bowl & squeeze 1/2 of a lemon on top & toss
When the pizza is done, top with arugula & enjoy. (Let the pizza cool for 5 minutes before slicing).
